What We Collect

We collect:

  • All types of chairs including break out, reception, canteen and meeting room chairs
  • All types of desks (dismantled or assembled)
  • Filing cabinets
  • Tambours (storage cabinet with flexible or roller door)
  • Cupboards
  • Pedestals (under or side of desk storage unit)
  • Meeting, printer, round and canteen tables
  • File or plan chests
  • Bookcases
  • Mobile and desk screens
  • Magazine racks
  • Coat racks and stands
  • Desk and free standing lamps, heaters and fans
  • Notice / white boards and flipcharts
  • Pictures, paintings and plants
  • In-trays, desk tidies and bins
  • Re-usable suspension files, ring binders and stationery – must be in sealed and labelled clear plastic bags or boxes
  • Electrical items including all IT equipment, photocopiers, AV equipment, TVs, CRT monitors, laminators, faxes
  • Fridges, freezers or microwave ovens or anything classified as hazardous waste.

With prior notification and approval we can also accept:

  • Safes (up to 1000kg) with combinations or keys
  • Fire proof cabinets with combinations or keys

We do NOT collect:

  • Fire extinguishers
  • Glass panels
  • Bags of rubbish
  • Excessive packaging – other than for protection

* While we don’t accept these items, we may still be able to provide an environmentally friendly solution, ask for details.

Remember Green-Works will collect or receive regardless of age or condition and aims for zero landfill – we specialise in office furniture clearance!
