East Durham & The North East
Established in 1989, the East Durham Partnership is an umbrella organisation which encompasses the local voluntary sector and is a registered charity. It was originally set up to improve the quality of life of local people effected by the collapse of the mining industry. Its longstanding Capital Project is based in a local school to support family learning, community enterprise, job creation and whole range of educational and health programmes. The re-location of Green-Works East Durham has brought enterprise and employment opportunities to the local area. It has recently re-located to a much bigger site in Peterlee to assist the local community even more!. Opening hours: Address: To help you get there please see the site location map below.
