Green-Works give LCRN offices a cleaner, brighter future

15 July 2009

Green-Works recently refurbished the LCRN offices, providing 20 workstations including the Green-Works joinery desks, which are uniquely made in the London Warehouse from 98% recycled material.

The desks provide a compact solution to space planning, helping LCRN to grow their business without having to move offices, especially after the rapid growth they have seen in the past year, jumping from 9 to 17 people.

The new furniture has made the office open and bright, with the lighter maple colour reflecting the sunlight better, something that will become more important when the winter months arrive. The office contained old, bulky desks which did not utilise the space efficiently; the smaller size has forced staff to reduce clutter, keeping the office tidier. The new layout has also created a better flow around the room staff feel more engaged instead of blocked off from one another. All in all, the feng shui has improved.

Jennifer Gwiazdowski, Events & Marketing Co-ordinator said Were delighted to have used a community based project to refit our office. Green-Works does great stuff recycling and reusing old office furniture into quality new furniture and we want to put our money where our mouth is. They are also members of ours so we knew we would be getting an excellent product while also supporting our network. The desks are really sturdy and look quite nice. It was a pleasure doing business with Green-Works. Well definitely be recommending them to our associates.
